Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners have been granted promotion on the post of Teacher (Panchayat) w.e.f. 17.02.2016, but they are entitled for the same w.e.f. 19.09.2008 i.e. the date when similarly situated person (respondent No.04) was granted promotion on the said post.

Be that as it may, this petition is disposed of by directing the petitioners to file a proper representation before the concerned respondents stating their grievance alongwith all relevant documents and copy of this order within six weeks from today, which shall be decided by the respondents concerned expeditiously in accordance with law by passing reasoned and speaking order.

4. With aforesaid direction and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition stands disposed of.
