This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following relief :

10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of certiorari, mandamus or any other likewise writ commanding and directing the respondent No.2 to produce the record related with the order Annexure P/1 for just and proper decision of the present case.

10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of certiorari, mandamus or any other likewise writ commanding and directing to quash the order Annexure P/1 and the W.P.(S) No.465/2013 may kindly be directed to be restored to its original number for its final decision and adjudication.

10.3 Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an oral assurance was given to the petitioner by respondent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner. Therefore on such assurance, the WPS 465/2013 was placed before the LokAdalat and the petitioner inadvertently withdrew the same. He further submits that the relief claimed for the grievance of the petitioner as projected in WPS No. 465/2013 has not been decided on merits, therefore, challenging order passed by the Lok-Adalat dated 26/07/2014, this writ petition is filed. He further submit that due to bonafied mistake, the writ petition was withdrawn and therefore, for the present writ petition has been permitted to make an application to the LokAdalat for recall of the order dated 26/07/2013 passed in WPS No. 465/2013.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the appended documents.

Taking into the consideration the submissions, at this stage this writ petition is disposed of reserving the liberty in favour of the petitioner to make an application before the Lok-Adalat for recalling the order dated 26/07/2014 in WPS No. 465/2013.

With above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
