By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the transfer order dated 14/01/2025 Annexure P-1, by which, the petitioner has been transferred from Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Raigarh to Government High School, Sapnai, District:Raigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the children of the petitioner are studying at Raigarh in Class 5^th and Class 12^th and on account of impugned order, the children of petitioner will suffer irreparable loss.

Learned counsel for the State submits that to redress the grievance of the employees who have been transferred by the State, a committee has been constituted on 03.03.2025 and if the petitioner will approach the committee, said committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with the policy of the State Government and grievance if any raised by the petitioner, the same shall be redressed within a stipulated period.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and the documents.

Looking to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the children of the petitioner is studying in Class 12^th and Class 5^th at Raigarh the petitioner shall approach the Committee constituted by the State Government and submit a

representation within a period of 10 days. If the petitioner will file any such representation before the committee, the committee is directed to consider the same and pass necessary order in accordance with the policy of the State Government by considering the grievance of the petitioner within a further period of 20 days. Till then, for the period of 30 days, the interim order dated 21/01/2025 shall remain operative

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to apprise the committee about the order passed by this Court.
