Since the issues raised in the above three captioned petitions are the

one and the same and the subject-matter also being similar, they are taken up for analogous hearing and are being disposed of by this common order.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all three petitions may be disposed of in light of similar cases which were decided by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2025 in WPS No.6299/2019 (Dheluram Kanwar Vs. State of CG and Ors) and other

connected matters which was decided in terms of WPS No.10696/2019. He submits that the issue involved in this petition is similar to the said writ petition and refer to Para 7 which is reproduced hereunder for ready reference:-

"7. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the identical issue is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of all the Writ Petitions in terms of the order dated 14.10.2024 passed in WPS No.10696/2019 and other connected cases. Ordered accordingly."

In view of such submission, he submits that since the identical issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, therefore, this petition may be disposed in similar terms.

Learned State counsel would not oppose the aforesaid submission.

¶51

Having considered the submission of learned counsel for parties and issue involved in the writ petitions and also considering the order passed in WPS No.6299/2019 and WPS No.10696/2019 and that identical issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, this petitions are disposed of in terms of the order dated 04.12.2025 passed in WPS No.6299/2019.

However, the petitioners are liberty to raise their grievances, if any, in accordance with law.

A copy of the order dated 04.12.2025 passed in WPS No.6299/2019 be placed on record of the present writ petitions.

¶54

Pending application, if any, stand disposed of.
