1. Despite repeated calls, none present for petitioner in WPS No. 451 of 2020.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in WPS No. 306 of 2020 would submit that by the efflux of time, this petition has become infructuous.
3. In WPS No. 451 of 2020, the petitioner has sought relief of setting aside advertisement/notification No. 12017/S&A Cell/2019, dated 11.11.2019. He has also sought relief to allow him to appear in aforesaid examination.
4. By the efflux of time, both these petitions have become infructuous.

5. Learned counsel for the respondent-State has not opposed the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in WPS No. 306 of 2020.
6. In view of above, both these petitions are dismissed as having
