Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for disbursement of the 7th Pay Commission arrears, increment arrears from 2018 to 2022, and other service-related benefits, the petitioner has submitted several representations before the respondent authorities, which are still pending consideration.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that vide order dated 19.12.2024, the benefits under the 7th Pay Commission, including arrears, have already been granted to the petitioner. However, regarding the Time Bound Pay Scale, certain procedural formalities such as the Annual Confidential Report (ACR) and other requirements are yet to be completed. The same will be processed, and payments will be made to the petitioner as per his entitlement, however, it will take some time. Therefore, the respondents submit that the present petition may now be disposed of.

In response, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if the Court grants liberty to file a fresh representation before the concerned respondent authority, seeking direction for expeditious consideration and disbursement of the remaining dues. The petitioner seeks, he will file a fresh representation seeking his claim as such the direction be issued

to the respondents to decide the representation within a stipulated period to be fixed by this Court.

In view of the above submissions, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a detailed representation, raising remaining grievances as projected in this writ petition, along with a copy of the this order.
