“10.1 The Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the respondent authority concerned to re-issue the preliminary selection list as per the rule mention in Chhattisgarh Police Executive (Non-Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 2021( Rules of 2021).

10.2 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper be awarded in favor of the petitioner, including cost.”
