relief that he should be paid monthly pension from December, 2017 and according to
return filed by the State, particularly, as per Para 11, he has been paid anticipatory

pension from December, 2017. Therefore, the grievances as projected in the writ petition have been redressed by the respondents.

As no representation is made on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss this petition for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to revive, in case, any cause of action still survives.
