1 Heard Mr. Roop Ram Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Ashutosh Shukla, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State.

2 The petitioners have filed this petition with the following prayers:-

“ 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ to quash/setaside the order dated 15.02.2023 passed by the respondent No. 5 (DEO, Raigarh) (Annexure P- 1).

10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate direction to the respondent authorities to issue a promotion order in view of supplementary eligibility list year 20222023 issued on 17.03.2023 by the respondent No.6 (Annexure P-2) and on the basis of the counseling dated 22.03.2023 and grant the all consequential benefits from 24.11.2022 in which

the similar situated employee has been promoted.

10.3 That, any appropriate writ, direction or order may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case. ”
