By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following

reliefs:-

“10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the authorities to consider the petitioners and appoint them on the post of peon.

¶26

10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly quash the impugned termination order dated 14-12-2018, with respect to the petitioners and the petitioners may be reinstated to their respective services;

10.3 Alternatively, this Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the respondents particulary respondent No. 3 to give special preference to thepetitoners in the direct recruitment process initiated vide Advertisement dated 8.6.2022;

10.4 This Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the authorities to consider and decide the representations of the petitioners.

10.5 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts & circumstances of case may also be granted.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed detailed representation for seeking redressal of their grievances before the respondent authorities, but till date, their representations have not been decided. It is prayed that the petitioners may be given liberty to file a fresh representations and the said representations may be directed to be decided within stipulated time.

On the other hand, learned State counsel do not opposes the said submission.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

Considering the said submissions, the petitioners are granted liberty to make a fresh representations before the authority concerned along with the relevant documents within a period of four weeks from the date of copy of this order and in turn, the authorities are directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioners within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of the said representations.
