By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-

“10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relation to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal.

10.2 This Hon'ble Court may further kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to decide the appeal filed by the Petitioner within a period of four weeks. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may also kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to provide financial assessment from date of retirement and grant all the consequential benefits which were not granted to him till date.

10.4 That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant such other relief(s) in favour of the petitioner, as it may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

10.5 Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition his representation has been decided and, therefore, he is seeking time either to amend the petition and to place the documents or to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition.
