1. This writ petition is directed against the order dated 29.02.2016 passed by the respondent No.4, by which the petitioner has been retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation.
2. In view of the return filed by the State, the petitioner's departmental enquiry has been concluded against her and she has been given minor penalty of censure and therefore, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, it is closed.
