the Constitution of India for quashing of the order dated 29.08.2025 by which the respondent No. 6 has been posted on the post of Block Education Officer, Shankargarh, District - Balrampur at Ramanujganj (C.G.) and also prayed for issuance of direction to the respondents to handover the charge of Block Education Officer, Shankargarh, District - Balrampur at Ramanujganj (C.G.).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the this petition has become infructuous as Mohammed Imail Khan has been transferred from Block Education Officer, Bharatpur, District - Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur (C.G.) to Block Education Officer, Shankargarh, District - Balrampur (C.G.) vide order dated 29.09.2025. To substantiate his submission, he has submitted copy of the order dated 29.09.2025.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
