Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste Category. He has applied for the regular post of Data Entry Operator in the Chhattisgarh

State Power General Company Ltd. One of the selected candidate who was appointed in the Scheduled Caste Category expired within 6 month of appointment without completing the probation period. The petitioner is the next date candidate in the merit list, therefore, he has preferred representation (Annexure P/1 dated 16.07.2025) to the authorities, seeking his appointment against the vacant post, which is still pending.

On instruction, learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3 would submit that they will decide the representation within 3 weeks.

Considering the submission, the respondents are directed to decide the representation preferred by the petitioner within 21 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order with an objective manner in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
