10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to call the entire records pertaining to this case.

10.2 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus/certiorari/prohibition thereby to quash the impugned order dated 04.12.2024 passed by Collector, Sakti, in revenue case no 202407310100001/B-121/2024-25 after declaring lit unconstitutional, illegal and arbitrary.

10.3 Hon’ble court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to address the grievances of the petitioner/villagers made in written in respect of illegalities being carried on by res no.6 in dolomite mining, on cost of vested fundamental right of petitioners/villagers.

10.4 Hon’ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to conduct enquiry regarding illegality/breach of conditions committed by the lease holder Arvind Soni/res no 6, in carrying on mining work in land bearing khasra no.1263/1 area 4.047 out of area 5.261 hec, and to take lawful action against the lease holder, in accordance with law, and direct him to re-compensate for the damages caused to the livelihood condition of villagers,

and further to pass any order which deems fit including cost of the petition in the interest of justice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to file afresh after depositing the security deposit as per rules.
