All the petitions have been preferred assailing the illegal insertion of the name of the petitioners in the list of disqualified directors published on the website of Respondent No.1, purportedly pursuant to Section 164(2) of the Companies Act, 2013.

At the outset, learned counsels appearing for the petitioners fairly submit that the petitions have become infructuous as no cause of action arises and seek permission of this Court to withdraw the present petitions.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the proposition put forth by the counsel for the petitioners.

Accordingly, all the petitions are disposed of as having become infructuous.
