1. By way of this petition, petitioner sought following relief(s) :

“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner.

¶26

10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in nature of mandamus whereby direct to the respondent Collector to direct to the Respondent Nayab Tahsildar Magarlod to deliver the possession of the suit land to the petitioner within a stipulated time in accordance with law.

10.3 That, any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 – Collector, Dhamtari, District Dhamtari (C.G.) to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioner Annexure P-9 dated 19.06.2023, within an specified time frame in accordance with law/rules.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/State submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.

4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering facts of the case, nature of relief, submissions of counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing to respondent No.3 – Collector, Dhamtari, District Dhamtari (C.G.) to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner Annexure P-9 dated 19.06.2023 in an objective manner strictly in accordance with relevant rules, regulations and law expeditiously preferably within an outer limit of ‘ 90 days ’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner is also directed to file all the relevant documents before respondent No.3 – Collector, Dhamtari, District Dhamtari (C.G.) within ‘ 15 days ’ from today, i.e., copy of judgment dated 17.12.2020 passed by this Court in SA No.250 of 2009, copy of order dated 12.01.2022 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.284 of 2022, copy of order dated 24.01.2022 passed by the Nayab Tahsildar, Magarlod, District Dhamtari in Revenue Case No.202108131300001/A-06/2021-22, copy of order dated 30.06.2022 passed by the Court of SDO (R), Kurud, copy of order dated 18.08.2022 passed by the Court of Nayab Tahsildar, Magarlod, copy of the order dated 18.04.2023 passed by the
