This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following relief(s):-

“10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to

issue a writ issuing directions to the State Authorities to process the application of the petitioner for grant of NOC within a period of 15 days from the date of making the application and generate deemed NOC for all such application(s) which is not disposed of within 30 days' time from date of application.

10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to issue a writ issuing directions to the State Authorities to direct local administration and not to initiate any coercive action against all deemed status NOC.

10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to issue directions to authorities to dispose of all pending private property NOC applications within 15 days' timeline.

10.4 That the Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to issue direction to generate deemed NOC for all private property in all such cases wherein Gram Panchayat have granted NOC and requisite fees is also deposited to respective Gram Panchayat as per applicable policy of RoW-2021 as same was not disposed of within a timeline of 30 days from the date of application.

10.5 That the Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to direct the authorities to develop a single window portal to make the entire process paperless as stipulated under clause 5.7 of the CG ROW Policy.

10.6 Any other relief deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh if any exigency arises in future.

In view of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
