1. This writ petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:

“10.1. This Hon'ble Court may be please to call for the entire records leading to passing of the impugned order, for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.

10.2. This Hon'ble court may be please to issue writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or any appropriate writ quashing the impugned order dated 13-03-25 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent no.5 bearing case no. RN/24/R/A-71/79/202554/2023 arising out of order dated 15-05-2001 (Annexure P/3) passed by respondent no.2; order dated 18-02-23 (Annexure P/5) passed by respondent no. 3, order dated 18-02-25 (Annexure P/6) passed by respondent no. 4.

10.3. This Hon'ble Court may be please to issue any order or orders, direction or directions, writ or writs as it may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents and be also please to award cost of the petition to the petitioner.”

2. During course of the arguments, this Courts finds that petitioner is having alternate remedy to file a civil suit before the Civil Court against the impugned order, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage.

3. Accordingly, writ petition is hereby dismissed. However, petitioner will be at liberty to file a civil suit before the concerned Civil Court.
