“10.1. That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned letter/order dated 15.05.2025 passed against the petitioner by respondent no. 3- The Registrar, C.G. Board of Secondary Education.
10.2 It is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent
authorities to amend the petitioner’s mother’s name from “Pratibha Shyamkunwar” to “Pratibha Bauddh” in Class 10th marksheet of the petitioner.
10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit given the fact and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.”

Class 12th marksheet which reflected her mother’s changed surname. The respondent no. 3 without proper authority, proper application of mine, and in complete contravention of the provisions of governing order no. 2718/अभि�लेख रायपुर/2022 dated 31.03.2022 (Annexure P/10) rejected the application for amendment (Annexure P/7) filed by the petitioner vide impugned letter/order dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure P/1).
