With the consent of the parties, the present petition is heard finally.

The present petition is filed by the petitioner praying for the following relief(s):

“10.1 That this Hon’ble Court kindly be pleased to direct the Assistant Engineer Champa Division to shift the electric wire of BP No. 1001642709 and it should not pass from the mobile shop of Ramesh Kumar Agrawal.

10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.”

Brief facts of the case is that the petitioner purchased the house from Chandrika Bai wife of Devcharan Sahu on 14.03.2023. Chandrika Bai purchased the said house from Ramesh Kumar Agrawal on 27.10.1999 and along with the said house the electric connection was also there at B.P. No. 1001642709 and the respondent Ramesh Kumar runs a mobile shop. Ramesh Kumar sold the house to Chandrika Bai for Rs. 2,76,500/on and Chandrika Bai sold the house to petitioner for Rs. 4,52,000/-. The payment of electric bill has been made on time to time and there are no

electric due to the petitioner and the bill come in the name of Smt. Lochan Sahu but electric connection is being consume by the petitioner by running a Gupta Bhojnalaya Baloda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State raised no objection in deciding the representation filed by the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties at length and perused the record with utmost circumspection.

The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the CSPDCL within 15 days from today and further CSPDCL is directed to decide the same, as per law/rules/regulations within 45 days from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
