The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-

“ 10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue suitable directions to the Respondent authorities to comply the National Health Policy 2017 and consider including the Ayurved Graduates as eligible and in the zone of consideration for any further advertisement inviting applications for 6 months Bridge Certificate Course.

10.2 To direct the Respondent authorities to fill the remaining vacant seats as per notice dated 01/01/2020 with the Ayurved or Ayush Graduates.

10.3 Any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.”

Mr. Tushar Dhar Diwan, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the Union of India would submit that an advertisement was issued in the year 2019 for a Bridge Certificate Course of 06 months in Community Health Center. He would further submit that the Ayurvedic Graduation Degree issued by the Ayush Medical Association was not recognized by the National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh for 06 month Bridge Certificate Course. He would also submit that the advertisement was issued on 20.11.2019, the selected candidates have already completed their course, and the period of 06 month has already elapsed and thus, the petition has become infructuous.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by Mr. Tushar Dhar Diwan and the relief(s) sought by the petitioner in the present case, nothing survives for adjudication.

Consequently, the petition is dismissed at the admission stage.
