1. With the consent of the parties, matter is heard finally.

2. This writ petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:

“10:1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, direction to the respondents to decide the representation

(Annexure-P/1) as early as possible. Further, may kindly be directed the respondents to compensate the petitioner with interest of 12% per annum in the interest of justice.

10:2. That, the Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to pass direction to pay compensation immediately and also pass any order, direction to disburse the compensation or issue any suitable writ as may deem fit under the circumstances of the case including the cost of the petition.”

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner Annexure P-1, within an stipulated time.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.

5. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering facts of the case, submissions of counsel for the parties, writ petition is disposed of at this stage permitting the petitioner to submit the fresh detailed representation/application alongwith all relevant documents/material before respondent Nos.2 & 3 raising all grounds as raised before this Court within ‘15 days’ from today and inturn respondent Nos.2 & 3 shall consider and decide the same as early as possible, in accordance with relevant rules/law/regulation.
