1. This writ petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following direction:
10.2) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction to the respondent authorities to decide the representation dated 27.08.2023 Annexure P/10
2. In pursuance of the order of this Court’s dated 12.08.2025, the parties appeared before the mediation center, High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur on 14.08.2025.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have entered into the compromise and executed an agreement named & styled as “ Samjhouta-patra ” and under the terms of such compromise, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to dispose of this petition.

5. Perused the terms of compromise. Prima facie perusal of the same shows that the terms are reasonable.
6. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties.
