1) By way of this petition, petitioner has sought following relief(s):-

10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 1.10.2020 (Annexure-P/1) in the interest of justice.

10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to consequently direct the Central Government to consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law.

¶24

10.3 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State authorities to forthwith issue the NOC to the petitioner.

10.4 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent University to forthwith release consent of affiliation to the petitioner.

10.5 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State authorities to initiate appropriate disciplinary action against the delinquent officers responsible for delay in granting NOC to the petitioner and further damages as may be directed by this Hon'ble Court be paid by the said delinquent to the petitioner within such time frame as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit.

respondents submit that representation made by the petitioner has

already been rejected by the authority concerned vide order dated

30.09.2020 and the said order is subject matter of WPC No. 4953 of 2021.

4) Taking into consideration the fact that writ petition was filed seeking direction to decide the pending representation which has been decided by the authority concerned on 30.09.2020 and that order has been assailed in WPC No. 4953 of 2021, therefore, in the opinion of this Court, this petition has become infructuous.

5) Consequently, this petition stands dismissed being rendered infructuous.
