By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-

“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ, order or direction to quash the impugned order dated 18.01.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondent no. 1 and the letter dated 28.02.2022 (Annexure P-2). issued by the respondent no. 4, in the interest of justice.

10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to issue a suitable writ, order or direction to allow the petitioners as a contestant to participate in the election of society i.e. Mar Gregorrios Orthodix Syrian Chruch, Bhiali.

10.3 That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to issue the direction to the respondents to conduct the election of the committee after the completion of the enquiry, in the interest of Justice.

10.4 Any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the
