1. This writ petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:

“ 10.1) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to produce all the records. pertaining to the petitioner's case.

10.2) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass such order direction to quash the impugned order dated 08.02.2022 (ANNEXURE P-1) and direct to correct the numbering of the land of the petitioners in the Relevant Filed Map.

10.3) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any order as may deem fit in the interest of justice.”

2. During course of the arguments, this Court finds that this writ petition is not maintainable as per the judgment dated 24/07/2023 passed by Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.560 of 2022 (Girdhari vs. Bhondu @ Barati & Ors.).

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file the better constituted petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

4. In view of above, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
