The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-

“ 10.1] The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order Dt. 17/02/2020 by which representation filed by the Petitioner was rejected without duly considering facts and law and upheld the result of the first round of lucky draw according to which the Petitioner was selected as the preferred bidder for grant of quarry lease in the auction process.

10.2] The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order Dt.26/05/2020 by which Respondent

No. 3 illegally granted the said quarry lease in favor of Respondent No. 4 on 26/09/2019.

At the very outset, Ms. K. Tripti Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by efflux of time, the present petition has become infructuous, therefore, this petition may be dismissed being rendered infructuous.
