Thereafter, the dead body of said Garjan Singh was sent for Postmortem after recording the panchnama and Doctor conducted the autopsy and given the report" death was due to the cordiorespiracy failure followed by poisonous snake bite venom envenomalion “Nature of death Accidental in nature". Thereafter, the petitioner submitted the application on 23.11.2020 along with the relevant documents before the Tahsildar and seeks the compensation as per the policy and Tahsildar recorded the statement of petitioner as well as witnesses and sent the file to the SDO Revenue. The learned Sub Divisional officer has recorded his ordersheet on 02.12.2020 mentioning that from perusal of the documents it appear that the deceased died due to the Snake bite and call for the pretivedan from the Police and the pretivedan is submitted by the respondent No. 5 alongwith the FSL report in which it is mentioned that in the preserve articles i.e. peace of Right leg no snake poison was found and after preparing the notesheet sent to the respondent No.3 by the respondent No. 4 vide its ordersheet dated 12.03.2021 and vide order dated 21.05.2021 sent the file to the Collector for his opinion to close the case for compensation and vide order dated 14.07.2021, closed the proceedings by rejecting the claim of the petitioner.
