Heard Ms. Swati Agrawal, learned counsel for the appellant as well as Mr.Hariom Rai, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondents No.1 to 6/State.

This writ appeal is presented against an order dated 20.11.2024 passed by learned Single Judge in WPC No.833 of 2016, whereby the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner / appellant herein was dismissed.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the issue involved in this writ appeal has already been considered and decided by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2025 in WA No.84/2025 ( Rajesh Agrawal v. State of Chhattisgarh and others ), in which this Court held as under:-

“10. Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and the finding recorded by the learned Single Judge while dismissing the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner / appellant herein, we are of the considered opinion that the learned Single Judge has not committed any illegality, irregularity or jurisdictional error in the impugned order warranting interference by this Court.

Accordingly, the writ appeal, being devoid of

merit, is liable to be and is hereby dismissed. No cost(s).”

In that view of the matter, the present writ appeal is also dismissed in the line with the judgment passed by this Court in WA No.84 of 2025 .
