It transpires from the order dated 14.08.2025 that no one appeared on behalf of the appellant and then, the SPC was issued to the appellant. On 31.10.2025, also when no one appeared on behalf of the appellant on two rounds, a fixed date SPC was again issued to the appellant to make arrangement to pursue the appeal filed by him. Pursuant to the order dated 31.10.2025, the SPC issued to the appellant Prem Lal was returned unserved with the endorecement that the appellant Prem Lal, S/o Late Bisahu Sahu, has died on 20.04.2022 and along with the service report of SPC, a copy of death certificate of the appellant Prem Lal is also annexed.
