1. This is the second bail application filed by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 20.11.2024 passed in MCRC No.6259 of 2024.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing for some time would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to revive the same, if the trail suffers from inordinate delay.
3. The prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant is not opposed by the state counsel.
4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant. The present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
