Vide PUD dated 30.07.2025, Judge, Family Court, Camp Court, Katghora, District Korba (C.G.) has sought further extension of time to dispose of Civil Suit No.30A/2025 (Sanjeev Kumar Jaisawal vs. Smt. Shraddha Jaisawal), which was directed to be disposed of as early as possible, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of the record from the transferring Court vide order dated 25.03.2025 passed in TPC No.35/2025 (Smt. Shraddha Jaisawal vs. Sanjeev Kumar Jaisawal) by this Court.
3. Considering the reasons mentioned in the request letter, further time of four months from today i.e. 18.09.2025 is granted for disposal of the case mentioned herein above. It is further directed to the concerned Family Court not to extend hearing on casual manner. Further, if the case is not decided within aforesaid period and further time is sought, then copy of all the order-sheets to be sent along with extension application.
4. Accordingly, MCC is disposed of.
