Heard on I.A. No. 02/2024, an application for condonation of delay in filing the MCC.

Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 & 2 opposes the above prayer, which is made in the application by counsel for the appellant.

Upon due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in I.A. No. 02/2024, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. The delay of 1978 in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.

This MCC has been filed for restoration of FA No. 525 of 2018 which was dismissed for non-compliance of order of this Court dated 13.12.2018

On due consideration and for the reasons assigned in application which is duly supported by an affidavit, we are satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of FA No. 525 of 2018.

Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. Registry is directed to restore the instant appeal to its original number.

Accordingly, the instant MCC stands disposed of.
