The present MCC has been filed by the applicant seeking extension of time to comply the order dated 03.04.2024 passed

This Court vide order dated 03.04.2024 in WPS No.3512/2012 observed in para 12 as under:-

“12. ” In the light of law laid down by Hon’ble Apex Court in the above referred decisions and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deem it appropriate to direct the respondent authorities to pay whole retiral dues, arrears of salary and gratuity to the petitioner with simple interest at the rate 6% per annum within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order on the unpaid amount from the date it has fallen due.”

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the prayer of the applicant/respondent No.1 in the writ petition is allowed and the applicant is directed to comply the order dated 03.04.2024 passed in WPS No.3512/2012 by doing the needful up to 31.05.2025.
