The present appeal is filed being aggrieved by the impugned order dated 30.08.2025, passed by learned First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur, District – Bilaspur (C.G.) in Civil Suit No. 19-A/2024, whereby the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by the

appellant/wife has been allowed on the ground of cruelty and the maintenance amount of Rs. 500/- on every date of hearing for travel and food and Rs. 3000/- one time for suit cost has been awarded.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to question the order dated 30.08.2025 before an appropriate forum in accordance with law. He also submits that the certified copy of the impugned order may be returned to him.

In view of the above submission made by learned counsel appearing for the appellant, permission is granted.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order, if any, to the counsel for the appellant after serving an attested photocopy of the same.
