This appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 23.09.2022 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Raigarh (C.G.) in Civil Suit No. F-129A/2022, whereby the learned family Court has granted ex-parte decree of divorce in favour of respondent herein.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter was referred before the mediation center of this Court, the mediation has been successfully completed, and the parties have arrived at a compromise on 06.10.2025 on certain terms and conditions.

Accordingly, the mediation report is taken on record. The compromise between the parties dated 06.10.2025 is being made part of this order.

In that view of the matter, the FA(MAT) No. 102/2023 is disposed of in terms and conditions of the mediation report dated 06.10.2025.
