	State. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that in the SPC was issued, it was reported in the service report of SPC that the sole appellant Chhannu Lal Thakur has died on 20.01.2018. On 29.07.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, 04 weeks time is granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to move appropriate application for substitution of his LRs, however, despite her efforts, the LRs of the deceased/ appellant could not made any contact with her and therefore, she could not file any appropriate application for substitution of his LRs. She would also submit the she has no instruction from the LRs of the deceased/ appellant. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant and also considering that the sole appellant Chhannu Lal Thakur has died on 20.01.2018 and no application for substitution of his LRs has been filed, the present first appeal is abated.
