1. Today the present case is listed on a PUD/Letter received on 25.08.2025 from the learned Principal District and Session Judge, Bilaspur.
2. Vide the said PUD/letter, learned Principal D&S Judge has informed this High Court that accused/applicant herein has since died on 07.01.2020. The death certificate was also enclosed with the said PUD.
3. In the instant case, there is no application filed by the legal representatives of the deceased applicant before this Court
