1. Heard Mr. Santosh Bharat, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Hariom Rai, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondent No.1/State.

2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking following relief:

“It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly to allow this petition and quashed the FIR in respect of Crime no.358/2022 registered at P.SRamanujganj Distt- Balrampur Ramanujganj (C.G) and consequently the entire charge sheet of Crime

no. 358/2022 registered at police station Ramanujganj Distt- Balrampur Ramanujganj (C.G) against the petitioners, in the interest of justice”

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has become infructuous as the trial has already ben concluded.
