The present petition has been filed with the following reliefs:-

“I. It is respectfully prayed to issue a direction to arrest the Respondent no. 6 for the alleged crime he committed.

II. It is respectfully prayed to direct the concerned authorities Respondent no. 1 to 5 to initiate an immediate, proper and speedy

investigation into the allegations of fraud against the Respondent no.6.

III. It is respectfully prayed to issue a direction to complete the investigation of the crime no. 0497/2024 of P.S. Mohan Nagar, Durg, Distt – Durg and submit the Final Report before the concerned Court of law as per law within stipulated period.

IV. It is respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to pass any other order in favor of the petitioners, as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit on instruction that the khatma has been proceeded and it was forwarded for its approval before the competent authority.

Considering that the petitioner has prayed for speedy conclusion of the investigation in the FIR of Crime No. 0497/2024 registered at Police Station Mohan Nagar, Durg lodged by him and in view of the submission made by learned counsel for the State that khatma has been proceeded in the said FIR, nothing remains for its adjudication at present in the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. However the petitioner is at liberty to avail his remedy available under the law in appropriate proceeding.
