1 . Heard Mr. Navneet Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Hari Om Rai, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the Respondent/State.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

"I. Allow the present petition and,

II. Quash the FIR No. 0169/2024, registered at Police Station Dadhi on the date of 17.11.2024 against the petitioner.

III. Pass any other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

At the time of hearing, this Court has observed that the petitioner has filed the present petition without appropriate prayer which is defective one, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition with such a vague and sketchy prayer as there is offence in the prayer have not mentioned to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with proper prayer.

Learned State counsel has no objection.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 1,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today and the said amount shall be transmitted to the Government SAA, District Bemetara (C.G.).
