2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
“It is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR No.167/22 (Annexure P-2) for offence u/s 420 of IPC registered by PS-Rakhi, District-Raipur, C.G. which is a gross abuse of process of law, illegal and against the provision of law and thus, liable to be quashed in the interest of justice.”
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, charge-sheet has been submitted before the concerned Court and as such, this petition has become infructuous.
