The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the following prayer :-

“It is, therefore, prayed that the petition may kindly be allowed and the FIR of Crime No. 11/2022 registered at Police Station – Kunda, Distt.Kabeerdham (C.G.) against the petitioners may kindly
