Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the respondents have not complied with the order passed by this Court on 24.04.2023 in WPS No. 5975/2022 wherein following order has been passed:-

“11. The law having been settled in the case of similarly appointed persons by the Single Bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court, affirmed by the Division Bench in Writ Appeal and SLP having been dismissed by the Supreme Court, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner is also entitled for similar relief.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands allowed. The State Government shall consider the case of the petitioner/emergency appointee for grant of Senior Pay Scale/ Selection Grade Pay Scale by treating the services rendered by him from the initial date of appointment as regular appointment for the purpose of conferring the benefit of Senior Pay Scale

Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they have already considered the case of the applicant vide order dated 10.02.2025 wherein they have recorded that since the orientation course has not been done by the applicant within stipulated time period, therefore, the benefit cannot be given to the applicant, as such they have complied with the order passed by this Court.

Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court.

Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is disposed of.
