The Tahsildar, Pussore before passing the impugned order dated 12-3-2022 has already handed over possession of subject land vide Panchnama dated 4-4-2022 to the respondents No.1 to 5 which was recorded in presence of villagers of Pussore. The petitioner could not dispute the genuineness of Panchnama, therefore, no case for contempt is made out.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed and the contemnors/respondents are discharged from contempt.
