The present contempt petition filed under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Court act alleging non compliance of order dated 11.07.2024 passed in WPC No. 3537 of 2024.

Vide order dated 11.07.2024 this court has passed the order in

WPC No. 3537 of 2024 as under:-

“Considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner based on the resolution of Gram Panchayat (Annexure P-2), purely as an interim measure respondent no. 3 is restrained from taking any action against petitioner pursuant to the notice Annexure P/1, till the next date of hearing. “

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that order of this court has not been complied with by respondent no. 1 and 2 whereas respondent n. 1 and 2 have filed reply with an affidavit of Mr. Hanumat Shyam (Respondent no. 1) and has specifically given assurance that the answering respondent would not violate the order of this Court.

1. Learned counsel for the respondents have given assurance to this court that only till the final decision of the writ petition/only till the effect of the said order, respondents will not violate the order of this court and will not disturb or will not take any action against the petitioner pursuant to the notice (Annexure P/1).

1. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this court is of the considered view that on assurance given by the counsel for the respondents that till the

effect of the said order, respondents will not violate the order of this court and will not disturb or will not take any action against the petitioner pursuant to the notice (Annexure P/1), the present contempt petition is closed.

1. Accordingly the present contempt petition is disposed of.
