In view of the above, this acquittal appeal has become infructuous. However, liberty is reserved to the appellant to take recourse as per law against legal heirs of deceased respondent.

Accordingly, this Acquittal Appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous with the aforesaid liberty granted to the appellant.
