Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has worked for a very long time but while

terminating her services vide order dated 30.03.2012, her salary for a period of around 15 months has not been paid.

Be that as it may, this writ petition is disposed off at this stage, by reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file a duly constituted representation seeking her unpaid salary for the period she worked along with all the relevant documents and copy of this order before the respondent No.3/competent authority within 15 days from today. In turn, the respondent No.3/competent authority shall consider and decide the said representation within next six weeks therefrom in accordance with law.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed off.
