The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-

“10.1. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the concerned petitioner's case from the possessions of the respondents for its kind perusal.

10.2 That, it is respectfully, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/ direction for modification in the final list of selected candidates for the post of ANM (OBC) under RBSK.

10.3 That, the Hon ble Court may kindly be pleased to give direction to the respondent to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the post of ANM (Auxiliary Nurses-cum-Midwife) under RBSK (Rastriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram).

10.4 That the cost of the petition may also be given to the petitioner by the respondent authorities.

10.5 Any other relief may also be granted to the Petitioner which this Hon'ble Court deemed fit in facts and circumstances of the case. ”

1. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to make a representation before the respondent authorities, who in turn, consider and decide the same.

1. On the other hand, learned State counsel would oppose.

1. Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner would be at liberty to make a representation before the respondents authorities. In the eventuality of filing of representation by the petitioner, the respondent authorities would consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law in an objective manner.
